目前本公司在真空設備產業所生產的零件，主要包括Ebara、Edwards及Alcatel等三大品牌。在過去的10年當中已成功的開發出超過400種的零件，成為台灣2nd source維修廠商最大的零件供應商，同時並外銷至日本及美國。穩定的品質、有競爭力的價格深獲客戶的肯定，客戶並以持續的下單表達對本公司產品的支持。

Sales of Vacuum Components

BST has manufactured vacuum components mainly on Ebara, Edwards and Alcatel. There are more than 400 components to be developed successfully over the last 10 years. Currently BST is the biggest supplier of vacuum components of 2nd source pump vendor in Taiwan. In the meantime, BST has also exported vacuum components to Japan and USA 10 years ago. The stabilized quality and competitive price is highly appreciated by our customers leading to the constantly orders.

精密加工製造

客戶提供藍圖或是3D 模型圖( solid works)，我們進行圖面尺寸的確認與檢討，以瞭解尺寸公差的的合理性與加工性，然後再進行製程評估，包含BOM表、粗銑、精銑、粗車、精車、研磨、熱處理、動平衡、尺寸檢驗及最終檢驗等程序之組合與先後順序，最終完成產品的製造。   

Precision Machining & Manufacturing

When customers offer the drawings or 3D solid model information, we will review and investigate all dimensions and tolerance to check if they are reasonable or machinable?Then we will implement the evaluation of every process including BOM (bill of material), rough milling, fine milling, rough turning, fine turning, grinding, heat treatment, dynamic balance, dimensions inspection and final inspection. We also combine these processes into appropriate sequence in order to complete the products and fulfill the customer's requirements.

逆向工程

當客戶無法提供藍圖或3D模型圖面，但是可提供產品的樣本實體時，我們即可利用3次元的量測設備進行產品樣本實體尺寸的量測，並將這些尺寸轉換成藍圖，同時依據該產品的功能性，訂定合理的尺寸公差。而針對產品所使用的材料，可經由材料分析的方法進一步取得，最終完成與產品樣本實體完全相同成品的製造。

Reverse Engineering

If customers have only offer the sample without drawings or 3D solid model information, we can still measure the dimension of sample by 3D coordinate measuring machine and transform into the drawings. In the meantime, we will work out the appropriate and reasonable tolerance according to the function of products. On the other hand, the material of sample will be analyzed by the optical spectrometer. Finally to manufacture the product that is exactly the same as the sample.

概念設計

若客戶無法提供藍圖或產品的樣本實體時，我們可依據客戶所需求的概念進行設計以完成產品藍圖，再依據客戶所要求的材料完成實品的製造。

Concept Design

If customer can't offer the drawing or sample, we will implement the concept design and generate the drawings according to customer's request. Finally to manufacture the product as customer needs.
